Job summary

Team Select Home Care is seeking a Relationship Manager to coordinate care and office operations for a patient population in the Long-Term Home Health/PDN Division. You will report to the Director of Operations and lead scheduling, staffing, and referrals while ensuring proper authorizations and payroll accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), at least 1 year of healthcare management experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience in healthcare field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and hiring to meet agency and patient needs.
• Meet recruiting goals as assigned by DOO.
• Manage referral/intake process including onsite visits.
• Ensure insurance eligibility and proper authorizations.
• Create, maintain, and take on-call responsibilities.
• Coordinate operations and clinical care with the Director of Nursing, Case Manager, and field staff.
• Verify payroll with clinical staff to ensure accurate processing.
• Support DOO in achieving financial metric goals.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and best practices.
• Promote harmonious relationships with clients and staff.
• Meet deadlines on special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of employees, patient PHI, and company issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
