Job summary

CareRing Health is seeking a Home Care Administrator to oversee the office facility and day-to-day operations. The Branch Manager will ensure the office runs efficiently and resolve issues affecting consumers and staff.

This role emphasizes policy compliance, file integrity, scheduling accuracy, onboarding, and collaboration with HR to hire internal positions, while maintaining a safe, compliant, and supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent experience in healthcare administration (preferred).
• Two years of supervisory experience in home healthcare required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to maintain compliance with state regulations and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the various departments within the agency.
• Maintain compliance with all state and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain compliance with Patriot Home Care policies and SOPs.
• Maintain and review job descriptions for all employees annually.
• Maintain employee files and direct care worker records.
• Analyze KPIs to meet agency goals.
• Review assessment reports and implement process improvements.
• Review payroll-related reports and ensure billable hours are verified.
• Coordinate enrollment and transfer cases and staff scheduling.
• Collaborate with HR for internal hiring and onboarding.
• Promote talent development, retention, and accountability.
