Qualifications

• Clinical experience and degree required.
• CADC/equiv. and/or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder populations required.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Mastery of tact and diplomacy in disputes; good judgment in emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Work with care staff to refine client movement and communication.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support client relationships.
• Report daily issues to the program director and assist in crisis interventions.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and ensure documentation compliance.
• Facilitate staff training and maintain PSI paperwork to improve workflow.
• Manage scheduling, client care, and transport coordination as needed.
