Job summary

Newport Healthcare is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the Clinical Operations Manager to ensure smooth, day-to-day program operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in behavioral health operations.
• Minimum one year of experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental healthcare setting.
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management role (preferred).

• Collaborating in the client admission process to facilitate a smooth and compassionate transition into care
• Overseeing daily program scheduling to create a structured therapeutic experience for all clients
• Fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements
• Serving as a positive role model and mentor for direct care staff; providing feedback, coaching, and training
• Becoming certified as a CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Trainer within your first 30 days, after which you’ll lead and reinforce CPI and deescalation training across assigned teams
