Job summary

Pathway Society Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to supervise daily operations related to client treatment and care under the Program Director. The role collaborates with care coordinators and clinical staff to maintain workflow and quality care.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, training coordination, crisis intervention, and ensuring policy adherence. A CADC/equiv. or Bachelor's degree and MH/SUD experience are required for this exempt full-time position.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience and degree required.
• CADC/equiv. and/or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with mental health and substance use populations required.
• Ability to work peacefully and cooperatively as a member of the team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations related to client treatment and care.
• Work with care coordinators, withdrawal management staff, and intake to refine client movement.
• Report and escalate issues to the program director on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support clients and staff.
• Conduct daily facility inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Audit client files for county compliance and PSI documentation.
• Support crisis interventions and emergency scheduling when needed.
• Maintain daily workflow and ensure staff adherence to policies.
