You will coordinate appointments, manage medical supplies, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with clinicians to resolve scheduling or supply issues in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a health care setting, preferably in scheduling, central supply, or medical records.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Schedules patient appointments and procedures, coordinating with healthcare providers and staff members
• Manages inventory of medical supplies, ordering and restocking as needed
• Processes and tracks medical records requests, ensuring timely delivery to authorized parties
