Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain nursing staff schedules to help ensure appropriate daily staffing coverage
• Communicate with employees and nursing leadership regarding scheduling needs, call-offs, open shifts, and schedule changes
• Assist with finding coverage for staffing vacancies as needed
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and help monitor staffing needs
• Order, organize, stock, and distribute facility and resident supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate supply needs
• Maintain organized and accurate central supply records
• Work closely with nursing, administration, and other departments to ensure needed supplies are readily available
• Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and cost control
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed
