• Processes Patient and Family Records requests as directed (Requires Tracking).
• Processes ADRs as directed (Requires Tracking).
• Coordinates with physicians to ensure orders are signed.
• Prints orders for signatures to assist completion when required.
• Audits (Binders) and maintains Medical Records integrity.
• Scans, uploads, validates, and shreds paper forms when done.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information and adheres to policies.
