Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency and initiative.
• Strong organizational skills managing schedules, information systems, people, tasks and projects.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor daily caregiver schedules.
• Communicate with field staff about schedules and client information.
• Answer phones and provide information or resolve issues.
• Maintain timekeeping records in scheduling system.
• Follow up on new client prospects.
