Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, scheduler, or administrative assistant preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a busy office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling or CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences.
• Track and process new caregiver applicants and perform orientations and background checks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers—the Care Coordinator is often the first voice they hear.
• Prepare and organize documents, including physical and digital copies, for efficient office management.
• Document all communications, schedule changes, and care updates in the internal system.
• Support onboarding and training coordination of new caregivers, assisting where needed as a key administrative Care Coordinator.
