Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a Caregiver Coordinator & Trainer to manage the hiring and onboarding of caregivers, conduct trainings, and support field staff.

You’ll work within established systems, coordinate interviews, verify certifications, and keep records up to date, directly impacting client care quality and caregiver retention.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call responsibilities and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative office culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication across phone, in-person, and written formats.
• High attention to detail — catch what others miss and follow through on every item.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple candidates and new hires at different stages.

Responsibilities

• Hiring & onboarding: review applications, conduct interviews, complete pre-employment steps, maintain records, ensure compliance.
• Training & orientation: lead new hire orientations, verify training modules and certifications, monitor first 30 days.
• Caregiver communication & support: be a point of contact, respond to questions, escalate issues with documentation.
• Documentation & compliance: maintain files, document trainings, track activity and reporting, ensure confidentiality.
