Job summary

Primecare Home Care Services, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Care Support Specialist to coordinate caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling while supporting client onboarding and service changes.

You will collaborate with Care Relationship Managers, Nursing, HR, Billing, and operations to ensure readiness and compliant documentation. The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with 1+ year in home care, a valid driver’s license, and willingness

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1+ year experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, scheduling, or related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management and engagement with a dedicated caseload.
• Credentialing, TB tests, CPR/First Aid certifications, background checks, and renewals.
• Onboarding support for PCAs, CNAs, and family caregivers; coordinate with HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct home visits to observe caregiver performance and ensure care quality.
• Collect feedback and identify opportunities for training and improvement.
• Maintain accurate caregiver files and ensure regulatory compliance.
