Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Care Navigator: Intake Specialist Float to support intake across multiple locations including Monticello, Buffalo, Elk River, St. Cloud and Waite Park.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear DHS background check.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred.
• Administrative and Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process referrals from internal and external parties.
• Prepare and open charts for new clients.
• Schedule new client appointments and assign appropriate clinician.
• Obtain and verify client insurance.
• Meet with new clients to review and sign client forms and information.
• Take client’s vitals.
