Monday – Thursday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM -12:30 PM

The Care Navigator: Intake Specialist - Float (CNIS) position is an administrative job with responsibility for the intake of all new clients. This position will be responsible for administering mental health screenings, physical health measurements, and recording required client profile fields.
