Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Care Navigator: Intake Specialist Float to join our Buffalo team. This role handles client intake, screenings, and data entry, with coverage across Monticello, Elk River, Buffalo, St. Cloud, and Waite Park locations.

Expect a compassionate, team-oriented environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Compensation starts at $19.71/hour with full benefits and a schedule Monday–Thursday 8:45 AM–6:00 PM and Friday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clear DHS background check required.
• Valid Driver’s License preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and frontline intake services.
• Process referrals and prepare charts for new clients.
• Schedule client appointments and coordinate with clinicians.
