Job summary

Your Health in Spartanburg seeks a Clinical Scheduler to support the Care Manager role and oversee all clinical scheduling for our patient population. This position acts as the central scheduling and operational coordinator for a single interdisciplinary care team to ensure appropriate in-person encounters under our proactive, value-based model.

The role is based in the Spartanburg office, full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor in healthcare preferred.
• Preferred CMA, LPN or RN.
• Experience in medical/healthcare scheduling or admin role.

Responsibilities

• Register, verify and schedule patients per care model.
• Track and follow new patients until scheduled.
• Schedule appointments based on availability, urgency, and patient preferences.
• Coordinate schedules across disciplines and care team.
• G room documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Interact with patients via email, portal, phone, or in-person to gather information and provide instructions.
