Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate caregiver to assist seniors with daily living activities and promote safety and independence. You will follow individualized plans, document changes, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment in daily care routines.

Responsibilities include engaging residents, supporting dining services, and communicating with families and the care team. In Memory Care, you’ll help create meaningful, enriching experiences for residents with memory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
