• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow and document changes in individualized service plans (ISP).
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities to foster well-being.
• Support dining services and ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
