LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on assistance with ADLs and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and resident engagement in daily activities.

Responsibilities include supporting dining services, maintaining a welcoming environment, and delivering enriching experiences for Memory Care residents. CPR/First Aid certification is required or willingness to obtain.

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life by providing hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.

Your responsibilities include following Individualized Service Plans (ISP), documenting changes, and promoting safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, age 18+, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain. The role requires compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
