Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care in a respectful, safe environment.

You will follow ISP, document changes, support dining, maintain a clean home, and communicate with families and care team; memory care residents receive enriching activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence; engage residents through conversation and activities to enhance quality of life.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care settings, provide enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
