Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and personal care. You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for residents across communities.

You’ll engage residents in meaningful activities, support dining services, and communicate with families and care leaders to ensure a positive experience. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Age 18+.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
