Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities at our Winston-Salem community. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized plans and documenting changes.

You’ll help with dining, safety, and engagement, communicating with families and care leaders, and creating enriching experiences, including memory-care activities where needed.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• 18+ years old.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, reliable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
