Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Falls Church, VA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and support for residents. You will follow ISP, assist with ADLs, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities and dining services.

We value reliability, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to brighten lives. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtainable; paid training and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
