Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily activities and personalized care. You will follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while engaging residents in conversations and daily activities.

You'll assist with dining and adapt care for Memory Care residents, communicating with families and care leaders to enhance quality of life and independence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Provide enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
