Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Palos Park, IL is seeking a Caregiver to assist residents with ADLs, follow individualized service plans, and support safety and dignity in daily activities.

You will engage residents, support dining, and communicate with families and care leaders. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. A High School Diploma/GED and CPR/First Aid are required or obtainable, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
