Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Columbia, MD is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, follow individualized service plans, and promote safety and independence for residents.

You will engage residents through conversation and daily activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while communicating with families and care leaders. Memory Care duties involve enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
