Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents in Charlotte, NC. You will assist with activities of daily living, follow ISP guidelines, and help create a safe, dignified environment while engaging residents in daily activities and meaningful conversation.

In Memory Care, you will craft enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable, with paid training and career growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
