Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and meaningful engagement for residents. You will follow individualized plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a warm, safe living environment.

Excellent communication with families and care teams is essential, and CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it is required. Salary includes a pay range and benefits, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:
