Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and meaningful resident interactions. You will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and independence, and help with dining and environment upkeep.

Strong communication with families and team is essential, and CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtainable. This role includes paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.
• High school diploma or GED is required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Follow ISP plans and document changes to care.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents in conversations and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for memory care residents.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
