Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a Massachusetts location. You will assist with daily living activities, follow care plans, promote safety, and engage residents through conversations and activities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and strong communication with families and care leaders, including memory care support for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or able to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
