Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in Bellevue, Washington.

You will assist with daily activities, follow ISP plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in conversations and activities. The role includes dining support and teamwork with families and care leaders. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

20.40 - 25.60

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan.
