Sunrise Senior Living in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care, assist with ADLs, and support daily activities for residents.

You will follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, engage residents with conversation, and collaborate with families and care leaders. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
