Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in California. You will follow ISP, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification.

• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

17.20 - 21.55

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee's position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
