Job summary

Insight Global is seeking 10 highly organized and customer-focused Schedulers to support a large-scale Care Management program for a leading healthcare organization. This team will play a critical role in coordinating member assessments for approximately 80 Care Managers, ensuring timely scheduling, effective resource utilization, and a positive member experience.

The Scheduler serves as the primary liaison between members, Care Managers, and operational teams to coordinate assessment

Qualifications

• Must reside in Massachusetts.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, customer service, call center operations, healthcare administration, care coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Coordination: Conduct outbound outreach to members to schedule care management assessments and visits.
• Coordinate appointment availability between members and assigned Care Managers.
• Manage appointment confirmations, cancellations, reschedules, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure schedules are optimized to maximize Care Manager productivity and resource utilization.
• Monitor scheduling queues and proactively address gaps in coverage or appointment availability.
