Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior pathology or lab experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated to achieve high patient care and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pathology reports from in-house and outside labs and coordinate next steps with physicians.
• Manage log entries and reporting to ensure timely data entry and compliance.
• Coordinate communication with clinical team and patients regarding results and prior authorizations.
• Act as a resource for the pathology and prior authorization workflow and support across offices.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
