Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a related field.
• Five to eight years of related experience in program development and staff supervision.
• Experience in case management and working with students and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and intake to students and employees referred to the Care and Intervention Team.
• Develop and evaluate programs and workshops for students and staff.
• Connect individuals with campus and community resources.
• Document case notes and track cases for supervisor reporting.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and committees; coordinate referrals.
