Job summary

Michigan State University is seeking a Case Manager for Care and Intervention to support, plan, and manage cases of students of concern. The role involves coordinating intake to closure, providing guidance to university officials, and supporting the Care and Intervention Team.

Responsibilities include outreach, program development, resource coordination, and documentation. This is a remote-friendly, hybrid position, with an end date of 6/30/2027 and a prorated annual salary of $75,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of related experience in program development, policy implementation and staff coordination.
• Experience in case management and working with students and employees in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach to students and employees referred to the Care and Intervention Team.
• Develop and deliver programs, materials, and trainings for the campus community.
• Coordinate referrals, resources, and action plans with internal and external partners.
• Document case notes and track cases in the electronic system.
• Participate in Care and Intervention Team meetings and support supervision as needed.
