Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for campus members seeking guidance about distressed students.
• Assist students in accessing university and community resources and services.
• Communicate with parents/guardians and designated emergency contacts as appropriate.
• Complete documentation and maintain records in the online case management system.
• Collaborate with the Director and other case managers to determine appropriate actions.
