Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of relevant customer service, healthcare administration, or reimbursement experience preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy assistance programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient information to identify financial assistance needs.
• Explain eligibility and documentation requirements clearly and neutrally.
• Screen for copay programs, patient assistance, and foundation resources.
• Collect consent and accurate supporting information within scope.
• Prepare and submit applications through approved channels.
• Coordinate with patients, prescribers, programs, plans, and internal teams.
• Enroll patients in copay programs and update accounts accurately.
• Monitor available funds and enroll eligible patients when funds permit.
• Document actions in CareTend or approved systems; track status and next steps.
• Maintain organized queues and complete follow-ups within standards.
• Participate in training, audits, and process improvements.
