Qualifications

  • 3 years of healthcare experience focused on eligibility, insurance verification, and COB.
  • HIPAA, GFE, Price Transparency, No Surprises Act and Charity Care knowledge preferred.
  • Working knowledge of PCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive financial assessments before admission to evaluate financial risk.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and upload documents into PCC after admission.
  • Assist patients with Medicaid, Charity Care, and other financial assistance applications.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and Price Transparency regulations.
  • Provide compassionate service and coordinate with internal teams on financial processes.
