Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will join a team dedicated to positively impacting the communities we serve and enhancing resident experiences.

The role emphasizes food safety, quality, and thoughtful service in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include following menus, maintaining sanitation, assisting with inventory, and engaging with residents and staff to ensure a positive dining

Qualificações

• Experience in food preparation and cooking in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Good communication with residents, staff and leadership; positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
