This entry‑level role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, on‑call rotation, base salary around $40,000 plus quarterly bonuses, and opportunities to grow into leadership positions across a nationwide company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and patient coverage.
• Help ensure every patient receives the care they need.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Be a go-to support person for caregivers in the field.
• Help fill shifts for call-outs or schedule changes.
• Support patients and staff with quick, thoughtful solutions.
• Learn how healthcare operations run behind the scenes.
• Deliver supplies/equipment when needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Be part of a rotating on-call team supporting after-hours needs.
