Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Pair caregivers with clients based on health needs, personality, and skills.
• Liaise between clients, families, and field staff to maintain trust.
• Maintain accurate schedules in the system and anticipate conflicts.
• Pivot quickly to emergencies or last-minute changes.
• Monitor field staff attendance and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with the team to keep office momentum.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and set a caring tone.
• Use scheduling software to track records and ensure compliance.
• Be cross-trained to handle shifts and assist teammates.
• Foster flexibility and client-first mindset.
