Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience is a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients by health needs, personality fit, and preferences.
• Act as liaison between clients, families, and field staff to build trust and ensure smooth communication.
• Own the Schedule: maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in the system.
• Pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes to keep care uninterrupted.
• Monitor field staff activity and provide feedback to ensure reliability and accountability.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and set a caring tone for relationships.
• Use scheduling software and digital tools to keep records current and compliant.
