Care Advantage Inc. is seeking a high-energy Care Coordinator for our Colonial Heights, VA team. You will pair caregivers with clients, manage schedules, and be the main liaison between families and field staff. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: thoughtfully pair caregivers with clients by considering health needs, personality fit, skill level, and preferences.
• Keep Relationships Strong: act as the liaison between clients, families, and field staff.
• Own the Schedule: maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules in our system.
• Think Fast, Act Smart: pivot quickly during emergencies or last-minute changes.
• Drive Performance: monitor field staff activity and reliability, provide feedback.
• Solve the Daily Puzzle: schedule different shifts and needs with a client-first mindset.
• Fuel the Team Energy: collaborate with branch teammates to keep office momentum.
• Welcome New Clients: guide new clients through onboarding and set a caring tone.
• Stay Tech-Savvy: use scheduling software to track caregiver availability and compliance.
