Quality Care LLC in Minnesota is seeking a devoted Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional. This hybrid role blends administrative duties with hands-on client support in-home and in the office.

You will handle paperwork, scheduling, and communication, while providing companionship and assistance with daily living activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous caregiving or direct support preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
