Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional in a hybrid role combining administrative support with in-home care delivery.

The position involves office tasks, data entry, scheduling, and providing companionship, daily living assistance, and transportation to clients at their homes. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous caregiving/direct support experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
