Job summary

Quality Care LLC seeks a Care Coordinator/Direct Service Professional to blend office support with hands-on care in clients' homes. You will handle documentation, scheduling, and provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and a compassionate, reliable approach. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required to serve clients across the area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
