Job summary

Quality Care LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator / Direct Service Professional to join our team in a hybrid role. You will split time between administrative tasks and providing direct support to clients in their homes.

Responsibilities include completing documentation, coordinating schedules, and offering companionship and daily living assistance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with a supportive, compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with office software and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and detail-oriented personality.
• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
