Job summary

FirstLight Home Care is seeking a Care Coordinator to build strong relationships with clients and caregivers and oversee daily office and field operations. You will supervise caregiving teams, conduct in-home evaluations, and coordinate services to ensure high-quality care for clients.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years in home care or healthcare, strong leadership, scheduling experience, and proficiency with WellSky.
